Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. This process will take place within 10 business days after we recieve the returned goods.
If in the meantime we run out of stock of the item that has been returned, we will offer you a coupon or voucher code, or any of the products from our store within the same price range of the item that is the subject of the return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and a Lince & Lobo staff member will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lince & Lobo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer overnight delivery. Orders will be charged shipping rates as detailed.
